Flashing Effects - Need for Accessibility Options

There are instances in the game that create flash effects. Usually these are white and cover a large, or the entirety of the screen. Grenado and Weather Effects being the two major culprits of this.

While the flashing of both of these are technically disable-able, it is at a detriment to overall experience. Weather Effects can be completely turned off, which is nice for the flashing lights, but it additionally removes all other effects that would be nice to enjoy.
Grenado’s flash can be disabled by reducing the particle effects to low. However this dramatically affects gameplay as certain particle effects are important for visibility, namely boss effects that can be avoided.

Adding in an option to remove the bright white flash effect from lightning for weather effects while keeping all other effects, and and option to remove the large white flash effect from abilities, like Grenado, would be wonderful in terms of accessibility.
Alternatively, allowing for a way to turn the brightness down would also help. maybe not in Ch’thonic regions as it is already impossible to see, but to turn down the brightness of the brightest lights would also help alleviate photosensitive individuals.
Finally another option is to increase the duration of the flash effects to allow for a more gradual brightening to dimming rather than going from 0 to 100. While, yes it isn’t realistic with lightning and explosives, this is a video game and accessibility is good when it is available. Even if it is an optional toggle.

I know it is dev labor to implement all of this, regardless it is extremely important to me as a highly photosensitive individual. (I also really want to play with Demolitionist and just don’t because of the flash from Grenado.)

Below is an example of the Grenado flash effect.
