Unfortunately missed this in time for the patch, but this shield could use the wrathguard treatment unless there is a practical way the flat physical damage on the shield can be applied. Looks like the granted skill missed having the damage value buffed as well with physical rebalancing

Also replace +3 to Retribution with +2/3 to RF or Safeguard while at it!

I like this shield, I use it back when trying to leveling physical gun shield Tactician back in 1.1.7.0 together with the Burrwitch gun.

Fair enough. I thought the flat damage on the shield itself was removed from wrathguard and the passive flat is considerably higher, while this shield kept base flat and passive stayed at 12. I can’t imagine there are too many avenues that base flat will be applied but someone out there is probably enjoying a block damage focused gunner!
just allow shattering smash to be used with guns already ! Z

I don’t get it. Shield gives +1 to Inquisitor and +2 to Ranged Expertise, as well as ranged weapon bonus. Why flat damage on the shield is relevant but on passive bonus it isn’t? Is it supposed to be used in melee or something?
