I have two questions

  1. what lasts longer without spoiling turnips or beans? (it’s not clear from the description)

  2. is there any table where I can see how long it takes for which food to spoil?

1/ turnips. But I don’t think this is a real problem: your consumption need, crops rotation for fertility, and production rate are more influent for your strategy…

If you need it, the Farthest Frontier Wiki ‘page’ under the Resources section has the spoilage rate in months for every item in the game.
