For level 90 relics Eternity is a bit garbage

I think this one is a little out of balance compared to the others.

To me so far the only off-balance level 90 relic is Korvaak’s Deception.
It is the only one that feels like an upgrade.

Relic proc is insane, as with it its possible to reduce Mirror cooldown to 7.2 seconds on CDR-heavy build. It fit perfectly on TSS druid.
