I’m having black screens for years, happening mostly on main menu (returning back to, or at starting the game) and also very rarely in-game. Using Win 10, tried reinstalling, not using Item Assistant etc. I’m gonna copy-paste the “log.html” contents below, gonna be a wall of text but there might be some info there.

I only can play the with Cloud saving. I can’t play if offline mode or I get a black screen. I can’t use GD Stash anymore. It’s all due to the recent updates. I spent hours to use GD Stash again and using offline mode.

Most of my black screens happen when launching the game, shortly after character appears on screen, or when starting a game, right after loading is about to end or returning back to main menu. In-game black screens are very rare. I tried not using Item Assistant or closing MSI Afterburner, re-installing game… Black screens were here since years for me. I also have a bloated account, having 40 characters , one might have some issues? I don’t know. Below are my settings from options.txt, if there is something wrong with them.

See what happens when you don’t have 40 characters in there then, though that certainly isn’t an issue for most people.
