Is there a way to prioritize what should be picked up? I need medical herbs but the forager keeps ignoring them. 
You might already know these, but you can click on the herb and tick the box to prioritize harvesting it and make sure the work radius is moved to include the nodes you want.

Sometimes the herbs are in the water and are inaccessible to workers. It’s in the discussion about upcoming changes.
