Considering that in the past 5 years the exchange rate has been as high as 1.4 dollars per euro and as low as 1.05 dollars per euro, with current rate 1.14, I’d be happy to but something for $15.99 and sell it for €15.99.

not sure where you are, but in the US it is still the 26th and will be for another 11 hours (East Coast) or 14 (West Coast). With Steam releasing games around noon EST, you still have to wait around 22 hours, sounds about right…
