Forgotten gods: the boss before the last is way more powerful than the last boss (SPOILERS)

So,
in the ending of forgotten gods you first meet Father Kymon, then clean up an area and meet the last boss Korvaak.

In elite at least, the 1st one could almost one-shoot me.
I had to retry several times, and even when I found how to handle him with my char, I died several times.

While I got the last boss on the 1st try and, so, we can say more easily. At once I almost died, but could handle it and finished him.

So I think, the first one should be toned down quite a bit.

And no, do not tone up the last one. Even though I managed him on the 1st try, he is fine as is.

The boss is hard, but the arena makes it worse.

The fire in the arena has a pattern that is predictable for the most part. Flame outside in a circle, flame inside in a circle, flame in top left, bottom right, repeat. If you don’t get hit by any of the arena flames, the boss is way easier.

Could be your resists were lacking with what Kymon was hitting you with vs what Korvaak was using. On Ultimate, they are both fairly challenging fights so I’m not sure what you would like to see changed.

Besides, without knowing your exact build, it’s very difficult to say a certain enemy or boss needs tweaking since again, it’s most likely just your build and lacking certain resists.

for the boss before the last boss… avoid the flame. seriously.
find several parts of the arena that is completely safe from the flames, then hit the boss while jumping between those parts when the flame is on cooldown. also cap your fire resists, and have strong armors and decent %physical resist.
