Btw do you know if Soulfire scales with attack speed / tickrate?

without even knowing i’m gonna assume it scales with the speed of EoR ?
like you do an eor hit and soulfire happens = you get soulfire per Eor “swirl”, and since eor scales with attack speed it would then increase soulfire triggers
that’s just assumption tho, never paid attention to it
