Freesync Support?

Hello Grim Dawn Grinders

First of i have to thank CRATE for this wonderfull game, enjoying it. U brought back that diablo 1/2 feeling with your own style so all in all i love the game u created. pls keep up doing such great work!!!

So now to my question! Can anyone confirm out there if FREESYNC is working with Grim Dawn?

For me it is not working right now. tried many different games like witcher 3, tomb raider, etc. where freesync is working like a charme.

my monitor is a lg 34um68-p. its freesync range is 40-60.
i locked my frames in the amd driver to max. 60 fps. i never drop under 45 fps so im definitly in the freesync range.
i have awfull screen tearings in the middle of the screen and game feels very unsmooth…

Is the a possibility to get freesync working?? I just deactivated vsync, locked the frames in the amd driver, activated freesync in the amd driver menu and in the monitor menu. guess the is not more u can do right?

For me freesync is not working correct, too.
There was never a problem with other games, but in Grim Dawn I´ve extreme mouse input lag, if I´ve enabled Fullscreen-Mode in the video-options and freesync (vsync disabled).
If I change the settings to Windowed-Fullscreen, there is no more bad input-lag, but bad stuttering in image output from time to time and freesync doesn´t work.

Would be great, if this freesync problem could be fixed.

I don’t know about freesync, but even at 90+ frames I am occasionally having bad tearing in some games (GD included), ever since the new driver with Vulkan 1.0. Maybe there’s something off with the driver? Has anyone else noticed?
