Game lighting goes dim during game play?

Does anyone else have the issue of the game lighting going dim during gameplay and I can’t open any menus? It gets really dark too.

Well, the game does have a day/night cycle so it will change lighting as you progress through that. What do you mean by can’t open any menus?

Hello

I’M not talking about the Day and Night cycle. This is some kind of bug where the screen dims darker and i can’t open any ingame menus. The ESC key doesn’t work either. The only thing i can do is hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete to hit end game task and restart the game.
