Gone forever I hope ! =)
yeah⌠for some reason it just doesnât want to run above 5fps on my pc while i run the witcher 3 at 120fps ultra settings. so playted VV at a friends place instead and damn that game is overrated
I thought I was the only one, at first I figured itâs my less than impressive laptop that I could only play it on either 2 frames per second or the quality of a 50x50 pixel photo blown up to the size of my screen but after I built a beast PC it wasnât too much better⌠Welp, guess itâs good I got it on saleâŚ
its a very regular occurance with victor vran where it doesnât run properly for a lot of players. and the devs donât seem to do anything about it.
so Victor Vran sucks? not recommended anyone?
anyway been playing Company of heroes for nostalgia and CoH 2⌠so far so good:cool: just hate the microtransaction that has corrupted the series:rolleyes:
just got it working. played VV for an hour. Combat is smooth with the jumps and rolls. However its a rather simple game overall. No matter the amount of weapons/cards I find it just doesnât seem to get interesting. You just change the coating. I remember a WTF from totalbiscuit which wasnât all too positive either.
Unless its on sale with heavy discount I wouldnât get it. I had it for free on GoG last year with their sales.
What do you think of the art style? I remember what turned me off the most about it was the art. Looked very bland in the video I watched⌠like it had no soul. Very generic.

When you look more deeper, past all the sugarcoating, you can see that most games like this are generic and are hardly evolving. Attempting to be the second coming and something innovative, but most fail miserably and are - just - one trick pony that nobody plays more than once. This boom started with D3 and POE, and then most old/new devs were more or less on âme tooâ bandwagon for a quick cash. You seen one, you have seen them all, or at least you know what you will see.
Speaking of D3âŚmost disappointing launch ever :c
Only game I bought on day 1 and I canât play it because my internet is weak.
Grim Dawn was literally everything I hoped D3 to beâŚwith Cthulhu undertones and a touch of the Occult which I feel are themes that are sorely lacking in the realm of gaming.
D3 was actually quite enjoyable despite the auction house and some other minor issues. re-tried the game a few months ago and damn it has gotten bad
as for VVâs art style its rather bland and forgettable. its not disturbing or anything when you actually play it though. It is just that nothing sticks. Nothing memorable.
Do you guys remember all this D3 release praparation photos of people turning their rooms into D3 shrinesâŚdesks lit with candles, figurines etc.
ManâŚhow they were into surprise⌠
Itâs just the end game.
I would compare it to Borderlands 2; the base game would be good, but as more people get to the end game content, thatâs where it would start turning into endless grind feasts and e-peen measuring competitions over redudant and cookie cutter builds which defeats the purpose of diversity in an rpg.
I actually wanted to frame my pre-order receipt.
No joke.
Steam Winter Sale âquestsâ got me to finally touch Half-Life 2: Update to grab an achievement, probably drop into it some more, because itâs fluffing Half-Life 2. Though Iâm getting motion sickness from it.
Also played a bit of Fort Meow and probably dip into Death Road to Canada when I get around to it.
I saw this in my STEAM Discovery queue and felt like I just had the most benevolent mindscrew ever in my life after watching the trailer.
Heh, didnât watch that, instead what drew to it was Jim Sterling doing a play through as part of which made me go âoooh, that looks worth itâ.
So, today Iâve finished Fallout: New Vegas. And what a ride it was! I enjoyed every minute of it. Oh, and the DLCs, those DLCs! Such fun times, with great characters and settings.
Gotta say, I did not think that my choices in the game would matter that much. I pissed off quite a few people that could have given me quests and ended up killing them (the Great Khans were the unluckiest ones - had to wipe them all out). I imagine I would do another run, more of a baddie. Certainly interested in the Legionâs quest line.
NV is my first game of the Fallout series and I loved pretty much all of it. Fallout 4 is next on my list. Hopefully, it wonât disappoint!
As soon as I finished all Masterâs thesis work I fell into Darkest Dungeon and 120 hours of hermit life later, I have emerged from my nerd cave. Didnât feel like a game Iâd binge on at first!
Dead Cells until I got into Grim Dawn. Also giving 7 days to die a try with some friends. Binding of Isaac can be fun also. Sadly I am rather cash strapped and my pc is getting up there in age.
Diablo-themed games, like Torchlight2, Van Hellsing etc
My PC is on last legs. Still playing World of Tonks, the best anger management and AFK simulator on the market. FML.
