I normally don’t post in these pile-up threads, but in this case the guy is just outright wrong.
It’s a single-player game that has a multi-player option but the game isn’t balanced around that at all.
Any content in MP can be trivialized by buff/debuff stacking to the point you can even melt the Avatar of Mogdrogen.
You’re entitled to have your opinion and you voiced it multiple times already, just don’t expect to convince others of it and continuing down that line is just trolling.

GD is an SP game with coop. Just like, say, Divinity: Original Sin 2. Try calling that one a multiplayer game
Pretty funny that everyone is against me and some start to quote things that I never said. I’m legitimately against everyone here, I didnt even have an ally XD. I don’t get it why you guys can’t understand what I’m saying, it is so simple to me. The fact that you are all grouped makes you blind about what I’m saying. I think that’s the problem. I’ve heard that Pit People is a pretty fun multiplayer game.
Just got Cuphead and that’s also pretty crazy with 2 people. Infuriating at times but fun - unless the controller continuously vibrates until you take damage.

One multiplayer game that I have a love/hate relationship would be Heroes of Might and Magic 3.
I mean… turns take forever and if you get the mod that allows for simultaneous turns that can eventually bug out where the enemy ai will replay their turn (even if you killed their hero they’ll resurrect and come back…). So annoying.
I love heroes 3, it is the best

I grant you that it is not always easy to make sense of your ramblings. As far as I can tell the closest thing to a sane argument you had in the entire discussion was the following train of thought
- you can play the game SP
- you can play the game MP
- even if someone only infrequenly plays MP eg to have help with a boss or level faster, he still benefits from that MP experience while playing the char in SP
- even when you play SP, you think of items in how useful they are for trading
- therefore the game is an MP game, not an SP game
but what you completely ignore here is that the game being played by some people (< 10% of players) some of the time in MP, means nothing whatsoever to the 90+% of players that never play MP.
Your claim that because some people play MP the game therefore is an MP game, not an SP game is ludicrous when 90+% of players play it SP exclusively.
So you play it in MP, great, I get that. That however does not mean the focus of the game is not SP. The fact that 90+% of players never touch MP at all clearly shows you where the focus is, or rather it should…
Instead of discussing delicious food, people are back with usual useless polemic, that doesn’t satisfy anyone, I see.
I’ve heard that when going out for sushi you can easily share it with everyone.
Does that make it multiplayer?
Since you are hosting sushi in the first place, it makes it it a single player food experience with LAN coop support, of course.
I think hosting would require actually making (or take out) the sushi while going to a restaurant would be more multiplayer since you’re buying from the company.
Depending on splitting the cost it would then be an authentic multiplayer experience (everyone pays for themselves) or a local coop should one person buy the entire meal yet everyone enjoys it.
A more complicated question that’s more relatable would be thanksgiving and if the meal is more of a potluck. Probably would end up being a multiplayer game with micro transactions or dlc perhaps.
Only if you eat the tuna out of the sushi and a friend eats the lettuce. Otherwise it’s cross-platforn.
