Its the only item I’m missing from the Ghol set, and I can’t seem to get it or its blueprint to drop, if the ready item drops at all. Does anyone know if the blueprint drops from Nemeses and if, from which ones?
The BP is random and not unique to any particular enemy.
you can transmute set items if you have a duplicate of any other ghoul item
