Well that’s a different product. I would never buy a plushie, it’s just not my thing. But I’d blindly buy another loyalty pack, which is a thing I’d actually use.
Thing is though that if Zan put it to the vote then would probably be approved (see voting for the Byscilla plushie), but then wouldn’t actually sell many of them. So waste of Crate’s time.
I’d buy it to support the devs, but I haven’t really used much from the other Loyalist Packs myself.
I use them all the time, I even have a few characters that wear stuff from the 1st pack, like the powdered wig 
Afaik all the Loyalty packs sold well enough to not be a waste of time for the devs involved. I also read that the main reason why there aren’t more packs is to avoid looking like a MTX cashgrab. Loyalty packs should stay something special for the fans so Crate only makes one every few years.
Now we have 3 packs, one for each major release (base game, AoM, FG) so chances are we’ll get another one for FoA. But since the last pack released almost 5 years after FG (less than two years ago) it’ll probably be a while until a potential 4th one is out.
