XCOM2, BattleTech, Phoenix Point, Wasteland 3 and my absolute favorite Disco Elysium are my present “Go-To” games, with Civilization V as a trusty standby (since they ruined the game with Civ VI). I would love to see Crate come out with a RPG similar to Disco Elysium, there are so many opportunities to expand and improve on what is a fantastic gaming platform.
