I upgraded from pre-KS Legendary tier to Kickstarter’s $58 tier, but Kory the Keeper isn’t giving me any medals at all. I sent a mail to Humble Bundle who told me I had two seperate purchases of Grim Dawn (because I upgraded from KS to Loyalist maybe?), and to contact you guys regarding my pledge.
I’ll send an email to [email protected] as mentioned in the “Important info for Early Backers who upgraded to a Kickstarter Tier” topic to get it sorted out.

I’m wondering : are the DLC available yet ? I got my GoG key after some mailing to Humble, but as for now, I still haven’t got anything about the DLC… I talked to Kory, just in case, but he didn’t have anything for me.

Well according to the Kickstarter Project Update no. 49 yes they are.

A couple of questions as I can’t be bothered to go all through the pages of this thread and I’ve been away for a couple of weeks so not following most recent posts.
If I change from Steam to GOG and only play as a single player do I need to install GOG’s Galaxy(?) system to get future downloads/expansions? If I do I can’t really see the point in changing one system for another. I’d rather not have any systems at all, just straight download possibility even if GOG is DRM free.
If I don’t want to lose all my characters’ progress which files should I be backing up? I’m not using cloud storage and although I regularly back up the data from the MyGames/GrimDawn area it seems to do it too quickly to be all of it. Is there a section in the Steam folder that I should be backing up as well?
I kept GD on Steam … but still no KS items by Kory. Should I worry ?
Edit: Ok got it. Did not know I had to log again to humble and get a new Key Code for the DLC
GOG Galaxy is not required.
The My Documents folder you are referring to is what you need to backup saves if you are not using cloud saves.
Medea, I got tired of waiting and just went on GOG and bought it again for 22 dollars.
Humble bundle deleted my steam key and gave me GOG key.
When I loaded GD from GOG download everything was intact.
Your Document My Games is separate from the actual game itself so you lose nothing.
I never used cloud.
Have all the goodies. new character at Devils Landing has them.
It must be a matter of time ? I do have a pop-up screen about additional content, but nothing leading to any key. I still have my game-key, which is the same as the one I used to activate the game on GoG (I tried, just to be sure).
EDIT : okay, I got the key, I redeemed it, but nothing’s diferent in my library ; I’ll dig deeper to see how that is.
Okay, thanks Zantai and Old Bugger. I’ll back up my files again (think I did it before I went on hols, but not 100% sure - getting old!) and then see if I can do the changeover to GOG.

Umm, My product key for when I bought the Patron Package back in Aug of 2013 was all of a sudden just revoked and it’s making me buy the game AGAIN after already spending 40 dollars to play it…what is going on? It’s not like I just started playing either I have a lvl 63 Nightblade and lvl 59 Summoner. So what is going on?
I had to resend my product information through Humble and re-activate my registry key…that makes no sense why it was taken away in the first place but at least now I can play again.
It’s finally been sorted out. It seems I have some sort of bug in Gog, the DLC doesn’t show anywhere, but I was able to install it via Galaxy :undecided: (and even so, the DLC is not downloadable as a file).
But now I’m stuck, because of that PDF that’s supposed to come some day (or ist out already ?). If it doesn’t show in my GoG library, it’s gonna be a bit tricky to get…
How do I check what version I pre-ordered? I believe it was the most expensive version on this website. I didn’t get any code…
Also, what exactly do I type into the GOG form?

Just a quick update. I finally got my GOG game key today!
It’s taken two weeks for Humble to get back to me, but better late than never 
Second key no different to first key. I suspect I have been given two dLC keys. I will get in touch with Humble and try to sort it out.
Yes, the second key should be different from the first. When I first got my key from humble, they only gave me one key and that was for the DLC.
Yesterday, they finally gave me the second key for the game itself. So you should definitely get in touch with Humble and tell them they’ve given you two DLC keys.
But be patient, it’s taken two weeks for them to get back to me. I think they must be run off their feet :undecided:
Just got all mine organised yesterday/today. Took them a little while to get back to me, but then I’d forgotten to send my Amazon proof of purchase e-mail. :o Once they had that it was just a matter of finding out why I couldn’t access my account at Humble Bundle (IE 10 is too old it seems, Firefox worked instead) and then I downloaded the game last night and the DLC this morning. So I’m good to go and get stuck back into the game.
