I need the new legends detail…

I’m not playtester, I don’t have them yet, farming Crucible right now though!!

Elemental Balance Set change
Individual Rings : In each ring give more %fire+cold dmg and contain both dmg type. And get elemental resistance instead of fire/cold resistance (My rings crafted and get 5% elemental res. both rings. So the % res. may higher than default)
Set bonus: grants flat fire&cold dmg other than 50% each.
New skill grants : As the picture show. [At Normal graphic setting cut a lot of light effect still too bright, but very beautiful]

Total Change in both rings. They get buffed so much.

Ah those fire and ice are flying around me. What a fabulous rings.

My sabo…well any melee character using these rings would disagree…

This would not make Jajaja happy…

Wow neat. I think I’m going to remove the two Chillsurge rings from my spellbreaker and uses these two instead. The swirling cold thingies look funny.

Well, if devs think the way of that sabo is too OP. This is fairly nerf down in an exchange of something new. Overall stats are better.

You may loss procs dmg, but overall’s better. After a few test it’s only problem that if trigger rapidly it will consume energy too much, and effective range is appropriate for melee to mid-range spammer as well.

Anyway there’s a lot of fun worth a try

The Paragon set now gives +5 to PRM when completed!

The hood grants +1 PRM +1 Arcanist, so the entire set grants at least +7 PRM. I don’t know about the shoulders, as I don’t have a set of them on me at the moment.
