Premise:
The story will take you through a medieval fantasy world that is approaching an apocalypse, blood moons send warning of coming evil and darkness. While trying to get away from the desolation of your own homeland you boarded a ship hoping to escape danger but instead storms at sea have forced your arrival in the mystical land known as Moonhaven; your destiny awaits you here! Arriving as just a stranger in this land you can progress through a series of quests that will gradually help you become the centerpiece in the story.

Planned Features:

Current State:
I haven’t played it yet, but I did see someone else playing it. I really like its look and feel.

  • The general presentation is fine for now. It gives me the impression that the devs have a good vision. They just need to work w/ competent artists & graphic designers.
  • The current graphical quality is serviceable, it is weaker than even Siege of Avalon. Which is fine considering the game is still in EA.
  • The animations for walk and smashing objects are fine. The combat animation is closer to Diablo 1.
  • The attribute and skill systems seem pretty good.
  • The UI is unintrusive, which is great.

My Thoughts:
The game’s plans are quite ambitious. Not sure how much of it is feasible. I don’t have any insight into the development team, their size, who they are or how they are funded.
I am a big fan of open-world games like Sacred and Svarog’s Dream. So, I hope this game is completed as promised, I don’t want it to end up like Umbra (Wolcen’s original vision).

Exactly what I needed! You just saved me several hours. Thanks!
