Hi Community,
I took the chance and bought Grim Dawn during the winter sale of steam. I was already looking at it several times but never was sure, since I am no big fan of keyboard mouse controls. More the consoliero. xD
But with 15 bucks, I thought: “What can go wrong?” And since I like the setting…
And … I am just amazed! Such a great game! Already invested allmost 40 hours and get now to the 3rd act (I guess) with my Level 34 Pyromancer.
The journey so far was quite challenging and sometimes annoying, especially when I could not shoot over probs which don’t even reach my knees, but also very satisfying, when I finally brought the boss monster down after a lot of running, cursing, shooting, bombing, running, healing, shooting, cursing etc.
I am not that familiar with ARPGs, though I played titles like “Divine Divinity” and “Diablo 3” (D3 on PS3 with controller ^^). But still I am able to make my progress in the game and did not die as often as I expected (on normal difficulty). lol
To my person. I am usually the friendly type of guy, but I also say my honest opinion, which sometimes might get interpreted as rudety, though it is in most cases not intended to be. I love my dogs and enjoy life as much as possible. Oh and as the title says, I’m from Germany and 38 years old (till May).
