Hello i’m new player here and i would like to ask a few questions before i decide to buy the full pack or just the game with 25 euros.
My following questions are these:
1)when first expansion will get released?
2)if i buy it here can i add the game on steam library?
3)Are legendary items the strongest type of items?(im asking because some people are claiming that rare(green) and epic(blue)are stronger than legendary items (purple) is this true?

As a whole legendary items are the strongest items,
But there are Some greens called monster infrequents that can be stronger.
Also some blues can be better for certain builds
it is cosmetic, like transmogrification, either you use it and then have the wig / coat instead of whatever helmet / chest armor you actually wear, or you ignore it

3.As pointed out above, for the most part yes, purples are the strongest in game, with the exception of MI’s and “double rare’s”. Some blues can suite some builds better though.
Those are transmogrification’s. Meaning you can use them to change the appearance of certain items. For example the George Washington wig makes any hat/helm look like a George Washington wig.

You get all the items from the guy at Devil’s Crossings entrance. You either use them or you do not, so unless you drink the brew there are no negative impacts.
If all you care about buying the game, just purchase the expansion DLC when its coming out. The loyalist edition is meant for fans who want to support the development by giving extra money to the dev. All those extra goodies does not have any advantages whatsover to your toons/gameplay.
