So made an account just to say this, got my character to 35 in act 2, then decided i would play my summoner who i maxed at level 25 when act 2 was not out. I had farmed on this character for a long time farming blues and iron.
So, i jump on my summoner start playing in act 2, level up and instead of going to level 26 i level to level 27 and a half. so unless that is a bug, i would say you do still get the exp after you hit the cap but it only shows once you have level after the cap is increased.

yea I think so? I got my 9 other characters before B17 to lvl 25 and when i killed a couple of enemies, they all leveled up to 27 immediately. (no complaining tho)

If you purchased the game on Steam the game would either be A) Added to your library or B) If you chose to purchase as gift or already had the game in your library it will be in your inventory as a gift item that may be given to someone else. If you purchased via Steam then I believe your game is completely independent of Humble.
I would check your profile inventory, the game should be in there or claimable via email if you emailed it as a gift to yourself (is that even possible?). Sorry for the confusion.

there is no key there is no game i looked for 2 days i klicked opend every single option on my steam its just not there i bought for my self not as gift and yess its same acount … when i log in to webpage steam search game Grim dawn says you already own this but when i do same from my instaled steam on pc there is no record of me buying the dam game !

You may have to log out of your Steam account and log back in to Steam through the Steam client in order for the game to appear in the Library list.
So, if you did not exit Steam (or did not restart your PC) since you purchased GD, please do so now and try again.
the for replaying so fast thing is i didnt have steam instaled when i bought the game via steam webpage. i did reinstal steam its strange cos things i chang do on steamweb page dont effect my steam on the pc its like 2 difrent account altho i use same username pasword to logg in thnx again but think il buy the game again no other option
yeah the link you posted opens up grim dawn and i se option PLay NOW cos i bought it … then my desktop steam starts and nothing hapens just some video and its says nothing instal or play i give up il just make fresh steam account and buy it again i like your games guys i wil suport you keep up the good work .
Wow, guys! Not my type of game, prefer turn based tactics, but I just checked this out at friends and couldn’t stop playing.

Protagonist kicks down doors and barriers, a big plus and stress reliever
Skill ideas and the dark magic is excellent also the class graphics is superb!
Engine speed: The 1024x768 resolution is preferred, since the engine is slow as hell and the
fonts are not too readable overall. Books fonts are smaller - bad idea they should be Diablo 1 size - but in Grim Dawn too small and not very readable, thus you presenting information in a somewhat ugly way, not enticing the reader visually to take time and read at all.

Do you remember which version number you played? Because for the font problem, it was changed in one of the recent updates (I find that fonts now are very readable), so maybe you were playing on an obsolete build
No set date. Looking at what we have right now and depending on where the devs are at in development I would probably say either early next year sometime middle next year.
We still have to wait for Act 3 and possibly a mini Act 4, Arcanist, Survival Mode, KS goals to finish up and the unknown Devotion system that we don’t know much about.
That and a ton of refinement/optimization + a lot of other things.
Arcanist probably won’t take too long as B20 did, Act 3 and 4(?) will take a lot longer though parts of Act 3 may be released earlier in stages.
