I encountered the bug myself - unreadable text, glitchy image when entering the area and a crash - unfortunately like Zantai said it’s not consistent or can’t be reproduced on a consistent basis like the movement freezing issue that I only encountered on Xbox. Unfortunately, till we give the devs some specifics and consistency in terms of these bugs, there is a slim chance that these issue will be solved entirely.
