Maw of Enaht glitch on Xbox

Anything new regarding this known bug? While I would like to finish the Paying Debts quest, my main concern is I can’t get the first seal and so can’t go to Tomb of the Heretic. I’ve experienced the same unreadable text and green overlay of the area others have reported. Additionally my game crashes any time I enter. I can reset the device and get text back, but once I enter the Maw - instant crash.

While I hate to assume, should I based on zero response? I don’t want to sound like sour grapes and I know you’re busy on other projects not the least of which is Fangs BUT. But those of us on Xbox paid for the game too and we’re completely locked out of a certain portion with arguably the best gear to be had in the campaign.

Not everyone enjoys crucible or shattered realms and to be forced to run them instead of a campaign dungeon which every PC player has access to is aggravating to say the least. Are you going to release Fangs and call it quits on GD? Will Xbox players ever get to run Tomb of the Heretic?

devs don’t always direct respond that’s normal so don’t worry, they do check every post Reporting Grim Dawn Bugs (Please Read)

Note that we will not be able to respond to every bug report thread. We are a small team focused on resolving old issues while also bringing you new content to enjoy. Because of this, we generally only post when we require additional information or if we have important information that we need to share. Rest assured that we are checking bug reports and that pertinent info is forwarded to the person most capable of handling the problem.

We’ve made multiple passes at this issue in previous patches.

Despite it being on consoles, which you would think would be consistent, that has not been the case and we can’t even repro it locally, so it has very much been a shot in the dark in terms of attempted solutions.

We will continue to chip away at it.

Very much appreciate both your responses. I will continue to be patient then because bugs or no, GD is one of my favorite games of all time (and I’ve been playing them since the 70s).
