I can try and troubleshoot with you. Setup of GD and IAGD in the same bottle is best. It can be temperamental to start but hopefully we can figure out how to get it running. It should look like this.
Ignore the 32-bit install. That doesn’t need to be there.

See what that tells you. After checking there are no details you don’t want others to see you can attach the file here and we can determine next steps.
