I just found those plans questing on Ultimate difficulty in the Staunton Mine. Is it regular loot or mod loot? Has anyone made and used them in a build? Even just for kicks?
It’s a real item. Actually the name isn’t even misleading. Those are pretty good pants for some builds.

In general I have a bad memory but for some reason I have good memory for builds 
Used here in Cunning stacking build because they basically give like 400 Cunning to this build which is like 160% Pierce damage and 200 OA.
They are really great pants.
Of course they are really great pants, they have +20% light radius.

Nice. I’ll have to make a pair. I’m playing my lowby 2 sword shadow strike grim reaper (non-mod) and I need all the cunning and spirit I can get. Hopefully I find the plans again. The ones I found were via grimarillion. I bounce back and forth between non-mod and mod characters.
