Fixed an issue where aiming a projectile burst skill at point blank would cause all projectiles to collapse onto one point regardless of projectile angle.

[Itemization]

Various one-handed guns have been reclassified as ranged caster weapons for the purposes of tuning and now include a bonus base % Damage modifier that matches melee caster weapons.

Faction Equipment

Vampirris: increased bonus to Reap Spirit to +3 and added modifiers for Spectral Binding. Replaced support for Flames of Ignaffar with support for Word of Pain.

Legendary Non-Set Items

Arcanum Frigus: replaced % Aether damage with 8% Cast Speed

Cindercore: replaced % Physical damage with 10% Cast Speed

Mythical Arcanum Frigus: replaced % Aether damage with 8% Cast Speed
