Dev already said they are going to be fixing it next hotfix patch. You can survive for a few days, you obviously didn’t notice it’s impact on you that much.
You should have had it automatically download if you are using Steam, not sure about GoG.

Well, I wasn’t playing the casters when it happened. I noticed it as soon as I went back to one. It’s kind of a big deal, considering how weak caster damage vs bosses is.
Also, “standard resist reduction” doesn’t mean it’s going back to n% target.
If you are talking about the crucible it’s a DLC you need to buy to be able to play. Unless you backed Grim Dawn on kickstarter a few years back, than you need to check your humble account for your DLC key. That key u use on either Steam or GoG.
Unless you are using a illegal version of the game, the game can be updated on steam/GoG.
And if you indeed are using a version on which you haven’t paid for. I strongly recommand to buy this great game, which isn’t that expensive to buy.
what if i use skill from amber materia like lightning nova, will it hit chaos dmg for lightning part? also maelstrom will hit chaos too? anf if i have psycal to chaos dmg then wind devils pyscal part will hit amount of chaos dmg right?
Yes to all your questions.
All elemental damage will be converted into Chaos, including those summons scaling with your damage bonus.
Edit: Just to clarify, BOoC will not convert any elemental damage that comes from Auras and Passives (for example Ulzuin’s Chosen), for BOoC’s conversion kicks in before Auras and Passives.
I’ve been using Spear of the Heavens with my Aether Battlemage and honestly, it’s really underwhelming for a T3 constellation. It doesn’t do much damage and the radius is pretty bad.
Increasing the damage, radius and maybe have more spears drop at once as it levels up (like 3 spears at once at max level) would make it much better. I just want something done to make it not this underwhelming.

Unfortunately, I think it won’t happen until Monday as if I remember correctly Zantai or Medierra mentioned before that GOG.com only approves patches Monday-Friday. Not 100% sure though!
Crate are actual people, not cyborgs. They are most likely working like majority of people , Mon-Friday.
And releases during Friday are unlikely, because in IT industry you need to schedule resources in case of disaster and nobody likes to work over the weekend.
Pretty sure it’s gonna be released when it’s ready.
