Increase or Decrease? (Assuming an increase)

Some awesome changes, and glad to see pets get some love

“Legendary - Screams of the Aether: replaced Aether damage with 26% Aether Resist”

Characters that used to wear this ring normally have already aether resistence maxed, like my aetherfire sorcerer, so i see this change basically as a nerf, with no actual utility in exchange :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m excited to find some new loot!

ok now i’m even more hyped, pls i really need to hunt those new sets…

Edit : at least give us some tester who will stream something from 1.006

Delightful change which becomes easy to play on the whole.

Awesome!

None of my builds got hit. Two of them got buffed.

Judicator’s Signets Set: skill proc now activates on Kill rather than on Crit
Closed Fist of Vengeance: replaced Offensive Ability with 40 Defensive Ability
Open Hand of Mercy: reduced % Resist Reduction to 10%

This hurt a lot

well to be fairly honest that ring set was OP

Sure but now it’s pretty bad

Guess there’s always every other buffed legendary ring :stuck_out_tongue:

Also better epic rings and buffed rare rings it seems

edit : i apologize to everybody for my overactivity in this forum in the last few hours i’m just overhyped for the forthcoming patch.

Awww… I liked when they did that.

It’s very nice that you are buffing the Invoker’s set, my Arcanist will love it.

But I don’t get the change to manifestation, the only use it will have now is converting pet damage from physical to elemental? Is this really that useful? I suppose some summoners builds will take a huge hit.

As always, great patch.

I’m really excited for these changes. I hope that these high risk fixes do well and further improve the gameplay of an otherwise awesome game.

Legendary - Band of the Eternal Haunt: added 26% Chaos Resist
Legendary - Belgothian’s Sigil: added 25% Vitality Resist and 25% Elemental Resist

Oh my. This is really nice. Just to name a couple.

Belgothian’s Sigil especially needed some resist but that is pretty big.

Judicator Signets on the other hand are pretty much dead now with that proc change. They will no longer be useful vs bosses. A nerf was understandable because they were the “go to” rings for so many builds but this is pretty harsh. Also why have both rings give DA? That is even stranger.

Edit: To be fair the other rings are so buffed now that there is much more room for mixing things up.

Devotion and Skill changes overall are fenomenal really. Can’t beleive you really took feedback on Empyrion and Elemental Seeker from everyone. Don’t think one could ask for more for them at the moment.

omg great work

does someone know why Aether resist is so scarce (comparated to Chaos for example which will have a bunch of new sources). it’s something i just don’t see the reason why

for the rest i’m still eager to learn more about these new sets

Oh yes, soldiers desperately needed the buff they were so weak. Let’s give them 35% crit on a mid-tier modifier  Why Nightblade is the only class not getting any buffs?

It’s not so much scarce but easier to get for some builds. Especially casters. Also people prefer Imbued Silver, Black Tallow or Sanctified bone instead of purified salts or Aether Soul because you get more resists and Ch’tonians are higher level. You can farm BoC better for example.

But, that will change. Already has with crucible and the new “rogue” dungeon we will get should make Aether resistance far more popular.

Edit: @ Garfunkel. Nightbalde did get buff to Nidalla’s Justifiable Ends. Also mid tier. Might not seem like much but with an end game build it makes a difference. Also Force Wave line desperately needed a buff. Now we might actually see builds with it on the forum.
