I LOVE that the audio effects of Blade Spirits and Wind Devils got reduced, they were just too loud before, thanks a lot
Edit: after testing I have to say I barely can hear the Wind Devils at all now so imho 75% audio reduction was a bit too much…personally I’d say 50% for both, BS and WD, would be optimal for me. In comparison, the Nemesis relic pets footstep sounds(when it walks around you in idle animation) sound so loud now like it weights 50 tons
with the world being more than 50% beasts, i doubt it’s a huge detractor for farmers, nor a huge win for the complainers
i spawned kuba half way through East March, basically almost like usual
chill 4min stroll(slow char) before spawn, with kinda minimal killing besides the beast totem (marsh wasn’t that dense in top half this round)
*remember, DD areas/mutator zones multiply the spawner
I think this still gonna be fine. Scrubs who play the game once will never encounter Kuba and thusly not make endless threads here bitching about not being able to kill him.

Beast Faction Nemesis changes are okay, I can still spawn and kill the guy in under 5 minutes in Ultimate, so -whatever, I guess.

Ugdenbog Arcaneweaver and Ugdenbog Boltthrower now drop exclusively from Barrowholm cultists. Drop rates increased accordingly. The altar at the end of the Barrowholm cellar now drops an assortment of wendigo-themed Monster Infrequents.

GoG was similarly weird. First downloaded 40MB then said it failed and downloaded almost 3GB

I did say I hate how often I stumble across kuba. Still, it’s not because I hate that nemesis, it’s annoying cuz no variety of beasts - maybe a giant scorpion or yeti or something to make things interesting for all of us, or it’s currently in the works, however, things specific change seems questionable.
