My question to testers; Is directx11 migration included in your test version? If yes, is there any performance improvement?

That said, TD can be used for offence as well as defence and for item skills as well as mastery skills. It’s a very interesting and underutilised devotion skill.
Colossal Bulwark allows for some fine tuning of CDR between 20% and 34% and therefore between 70 seconds and infinite seconds of Theoretical Maximum Contiguous Overguard Duration (TMCOD) when combined with TD. The governing equation is:
TMCOD = 20-20/(3*CDR-1) seconds
where CDR is percent cooldown reduction.
The uptime would thus be:
-2*(3CDR-2)/(CDR-1)/(6CDR-5)
So for example 23% CDR would yield a TMCOD of 84.5 seconds with an uptime of 94%.
In practise it would likely be a stepwise function but I CBA to figure out how ATM.
