Depends what people are refering to : the playtest or the misadventure (there’s a new one today)
Ah, I forgot about that one. ![]()
there’s been a problem with that, i’m supposed to be in closed testing but got no code.
can’t help it, i’m bored and in pain, not even remotely responsible for any shit i post.
Doesn’t matter how long it takes, no rush. Masterpieces can’t be rushed.
So with the new dlc there will be a total of 10+2 transfer tabs while private tabs remains the same 6? Such a shame, every character i have it’s maxed out, i stopped playing because i have no more space for new loot. It would’ve been nice to have also a few more private tabs included in this update, match the number of the transfer tabs.
If this model with side tabs gains traction, in addition to greatly optimizing item searching by eliminating the scroll arrow, it would also allow for at least 2 to 3 more tabs than were announced in the patch, bringing the total to 14-15+.
That’s not how I would interpret “3 additional private tabs”.
how did i miss this. actually the best ui. ![]()
the buttons would just be larger per tab, (look how the buttons were for 4 pages in the original pic)
I thought the same, i was so hyped, entered the beta only to see nothing changed, still 6 private tabs. It seems that only the people with base game benefit from this update.
I wouldn’t hold my breath. It would’ve been better to gain 4 additional private tabs per character instead of 4 transfer tabs. The update is great but it’s missing the most important thing, more space for items.
I think characters list should stay in it’s own corner, not on top of any other buttons. Also, it should be stretched across the entire height of the screen.
New tabs for the materials looks cool, but
- Why can’t you put them elsewhere in the UI so there would no need to scroll through tabs ?
- Why material tab is in the “shared” bank ?

Honestly, for all the time GD exists I struggle to separate [some] of my characters because the game itself do not provide such options. (I have different characters to play with the different groups of friends and want each character start “pure” with no help from my other game runs.) And while it’s easy not to use shared stash for items, it’s impossible to separate recipes inside the game. Now it would be impossible to separate the mats too.
POE2 is the only one I’ve seen that uses “run and gun” wasd, which basically makes it a twin stick, effectively.
All of the others allow WASD but cause the character to pause while attacking, just like this game does.
The difficulty won’t be affected, the only thing being different that someone doesn’t have to flick their mouse back and forth, which is trivial.
They’ve already said that if they implement WASD, it would function this way.
You won’t be harmed.
