Unlikely. It was very difficult to do the AoM one which is why they didn’t do one for FG. Unless a lot has changed since then I wouldn’t expect there to be one.

Nice some more lore. 
So, whose secrets are we still left to uncover? The Khorne tribes (KuЯn) are there, the Bloodbound are there, the Hranaak are there… If the previews/wallpapers for the new DLC are anything more than just that, I wonder who will command the herds of war mammoths and the summons of bloody snow wolves (although this last one might have been mentioned before, but I forgot). And maybe some undead will sneak in too. Something similar happened in AoM when we encountered cannibals.
Expectations for the game have been raised too high over this time, not without the help of the game’s developers. And given recent trends in gaming, there’s growing confidence that the expansion’s release won’t be a WOW!!! experience, but a WTF one.
