level increase in b26?
Devs have stated that there will be a level cap increase in B26 that will either be 5 or perhaps 10.

The weapons are not yet available. Only the shields and offhands that were teased can be found currently.
Wait we can get the obsidian shields now your saying!? Where do I go to find them?
The shields drop from obsidian defilers. You can find them everywhere in the Ashen Wastes.
By killing those obsidian golems inside the chthonic rift area on Blood Grove.
You can find a few inside Darkvale Gate, but only near the end of the area.
