I feel the same here, I wish I knew about Grim Dawn a bit sooner. I already said it a couple page back, I actually found about the game around August 2012 in PoE forum when the game was still in closed beta and decided to support the game after watching a couple of their videos and some of early Grim Misadventures a month later.
I have no issues paying for DLC since I already paid for the next expansion, so I will get the Crucible DLC for my birthday. It is just a matter of having money by then and hopefully already have a job as well.
Will it be a game mode completely different from the campaign mode, or will I have to ply the main the campaign to unlock it? I hope it’s the first option because I wanted it to be a game mode I play casually with friends who don’t want to bother with grinding.
Part of the reason I’m more than ready to pay for Crate DLC is because I don’t want another Ironlore case. It’s more than enough to be hearthbroken once. And I’m more than confident with Arthur design/business handling and reasoning and Crate have a full house of very capable minds now.
I’m sure GD journey is very thrilling for Crate people but it’s also very exciting for us fan who follow along the way.
I bought in for $85 so far back I don’t remember when. When all the squabbling was going on bought again from GOG for $22, and dumped Steam. only play single off line.
I will buy extensions, hopefully. At 86 who knows.
Still want my map.
Bah humbug, installed and now no grim dawn, just a black screen. Have 1.0.0.4 plus hot patch. Tried repair. Shut down computer and restarted. also have admin and set compatibility to 7.
Can I delete it out?
Any way thanks for the help.
Yes both hot fixes. Ok, but was just going to do a recovery back to yesterday before going to humble. Game worked fine with 1.0.0.4 plus patches.
Thank Mamba for your advise.
My problem is hopefully fixed.
Uninstalled Grim Dawn and reinstalled from GOG. Reloaded characters from flash drive. Working at present.
Powdered wig, booze, swash buckler coat and other goodies. Available to early people.
