Groble Stone Effigy: added 55 Elemental damage modifier for Panetti’s Replicating Missile
Lvl 35 version on latest testpatch don’t have the 55 elemental damage modifier
Not a bug. Low level versions of MIs regularly have lower or absent bonuses to address concerns in their level range.

Lvl 35 MI to low level for the extra modifier 
Thought “all” MI got the upgrade on that level 
O well.
some don’t get the full mods until higher, example first on lvl 55 version Grasping Vines - Item skill modifiers - Grim Dawn Item Database
