Guild Hall & the Pub Murder Curse

Hi there, so a few things I have noticed in 0.9;

  • Flax: the harvest is sooo high now. Putting this one here in case it is a bug (given the increased reliance on flax, I thought it could be intentional, but this isn’t until Tier 4), but I had to give it it’s own upgraded storehouse and have 2 full Weaver buildings just to deal with the harvest each year from my 3x 12x6 2xpea > 2xturnip > flax rotation. This is on Vanquisher (Lowland Lakes).
    While this takes up a good amount of my villagers, it also gets me a ton of gold through selling clothes at the Trader, an income I would guess isn’t intentional.

  • Murder Curse: Despite full happiness, every now and again a villager will exit a pub and immediately begin murdering. Saving and reloading stops this.

  • Named after the event in the Warhammer 40k Arks of Omen book Angron
  • Guild Hall: Usually doesn’t increase the % of the selected guild. However, it seems to increase all the others, but only up to either 30 or 40%, where all increase ceases.

Second the Flax. On two towns in 0.9 now, a single rotation (3 fields, one year each) of Flax has me rolling in the stuff. A Papermaker and 2 Weavers fully staffed cannot use it up, so I had to turn one field back to Food just to lower the stockpiles in multiple Warehouses.

This, by the way, is also going to make the Relic that increases Flax Production by 50% the Least Used Relic in the game!
