Off Topic What Else Are You Playing?

Sooo… forcing myself to take a break from GD and I’ve finally settled on one to invest some time in to. As you can see that is Gwent.

On PC it uses GOG Galaxy which is my first time with the client. Actually kinda like it. Anyway, I have no friends on that platform so if you play Gwent and want to add me, or even if you don’t play it or are perhaps considering it, feel free.

Gwent is a ton of fun. The stand alone version is so much more in depth and interesting than the Witcher 3 version. I really enjoyed playing it.

My only qualm was that (like every other online card game) it is plagued by net decks. It gets tiresome facing the same 2-3 decks match after match. They’ve got plans to add an “elite” ladder, alongside the regular ladder, so perhaps that will make casual mode a little more open to being able to try out more unorthodox decks.

As it stands, I’m not playing at the moment, but I’ll be sure to add you when I pick it up again.
