Cover Corp is the company that runs Hololive, the biggest and most important Vtuber agency. Pretty much all of the biggest female streamers are Hololive vtubers. They have like 50M combined YT subs.
Cover Corp absolutely insists on obtaining permissions from developers and publishers to stream their games and monetize those streams. They take it very serious and there’s probably legal documents involved.
If Crate and Cover have not made any kind of contact, then I have to assume that Hololive vtubers don’t have permissions to stream Grim Dawn.

Get in touch with Cover Corp and make sure that they know that you exist. Make sure that the permissions to stream Grim Dawn are in order. Also consider sponsoring some of their talents to stream Grim Dawn for FoA release. Depending on the price, I don’t know what that would be. I recommend Kaela, because she is a hardcore gamer and will probably get hooked on Grim Dawn after 1 stream.
A lot of them played PoE2 and Diablo 2 and 4. I don’t know if they were sponsored or not. I would guess not. Sponsoring just one of them would let the others know that Grim Dawn is on the menu.
