are the 30- aether res on haunt better then getting agrivixs relic for warlock with clairvoyant

However Agrivix give you way more raw damage and help not to get swarmed, so I think you should stick to it UNLESS you absolutely do not have any other form of resistance reduction from devotion/equipment, and your damage is too low against resistant enemies.

Not even close, Aether is easy do debuff and Agrivix is a major source of damage for any Aether caster, it usually crits for around 10k-13k.
