I’ve noticed. 
Ah, this takes me back when the praetorians were trying to figure out the secret quest during AoM’s beta testing.
It’s been brought to my attention, that people playing on textures=low have no chance of reading it.

It’s in Devil’s crossing after starting AoM expansion. On the back of that aetherial giant, which smashed Kerrick’s merchant stand.
I made this poll, because somebody showed me the text and I immediately recognised where it had to be (thanks to that red circle), but never realised anything was written there. It made me think: how many more players missed the text like me? Or maybe didn’t pay attention to know where it was at all?
Later I realised I should have provided more options to choose from, because some players e.g. know about it from somebody else. Well, maybe I’ll think of another easy-to-miss element and make a new poll with more suitable options.
