Ok so i am 29, my First ARPG was Diablo2.
I am more of a all round gaming sort i.e. i enjoy playing games from every genre and don’t try to limit my experience by not trying something new. I have more or less played all the popular ARPGs like TL1 & 2 , TQ (IT) , Diablo 2 and 3 , Path of Exile.
My favorite ARPG is Definitely TQ , recently started playing it again cause Diablo 3 turned out to be such a let down (i have played for 150 Hours and i have only found 2 set items) . Path of Exile is “GOOD” played it for 45 hours and i really enjoyed it till they wiped the character , will definately go back to POE and give it another try.
As for other games my favourite is Definitely MGS , cause of it philosophical underpinnings , ohhh almost forgot i love Philosophy (Adorno , Horkheimer , Marcuse etc) and yeah love the Witcher series as well
