Help finding this secret area?

So anyone know how the heck to I get to this totem? much appreciated (click the empty space for some reason the picture doesnt show normaly)

Take the blood grove rift and go sw across the bridge, than as far south and east as you can until you find a waterfall. cross under the waterfall to get to this hidden area. Break all breakables here to find a weapon that looks like a shield. Good luck.
