It’s REALLY close. Plenty of fire/lightning damage, debuffs, super high proc chances… The OA and DA are just a teeeeny bit low, and dependent on a 50% uptime skill.
Any tweaks/advise would be greatly appreciated.

Version 3 moves some points into Temper and PoV (silly that I missed Temper)
