i want to create a new hairstyles myself for the player character models (both male & female). I am aware that there’s already hairstyle changing mods in the forum, but i want to design the new hairstyles myself, not using whats already in the game.
even if its just limited to a single head mesh/texture change to the original head mesh/texture its fine. gotta start from somewhere. or if there’s a way to create new helmet items (more like hair/head mesh/texture changes disguised as helmet illusions) that is just used for illusion change that could be bought from the basic fashion gear sellers in fort ikon, that’s a good alternative.
I’m a total newbie in grim dawn modding btw. so i’ve read some of the tutorials for gd modding, but i don’t know where to start for 3d modelling player character or creating new illusion only item. any help would be appreciated
