Hey everyone
I need some help with my build, i can clear everything in ultimate really fast, but as soon as fabius sees me i’m down. The most i can survive is kite kite kite like a chicken and dying anyways with him at 95% HP.

It seems that your build is very similar to #1. Here are a few key differences that I think are holding your build back…
Your health is pretty high for a build like this, but you can do a little better. Try and hit at least 9.1 or 9.2k. The main things build #1 has that you don’t in this regard are Mutated Scales in the shoulders, and 2 “Of Kings” items. This suffix gives health, DA, and a strong proc.
Your DA should be at least 2k, preferably 2.1k or more. I actually have no idea how he gets such high values with such few defensive devotions, but I think the culprit is again the “Of Kings” items. However, your build doesn’t have x3 Survivor’s Ingenuity augments. You are using 2 Mogdrogen’s for the health and resistances, but you should look for other items that can handle those stats. That would give you +4% DA.
Your attack speed is very low at 122%. Build #1 uses Dread Skulls, Kilrian’s Soul, and Consecrated Wrappings for +20% and uses Justicar’s Gloves for another 15% or so, and he has 11 points in Vindictive giving him an extra 3% over you. Your current gloves provide no attack speed, which is arguably the most important part of your build since it’s your DPS AND sustain through ADCtH.
Your armor absorption is low and you have no physical resistance, which means things hit like a truck. Scaled Hides provide the armor absorption stat and go in your legs/shoulders, but you don’t have any because you need Silk Swatches for resistance. On top of that your armor is below 1k. Build #1 has 84% armor absorb (not optimal but still good), 6% physical resist through Ulzuin’s 3-piece set, and over 1.1k armor. I’d recommend Justicar Gloves + Shoulders to help remedy this problem; they give lots of good stats you want as well as both heavy armor and armor absorb with the 2-piece stat bonus.
Not quite related to survivability, but your points in OFF are a bit wasted on a build like this because your AoE is off the charts with Brimstone anyway. I’d take the points out and put them in something like Maiven’s if you’re having survivability issues.
All in all, your build development is solid but this type of build really requires the right, great gear to make it truly viable. Ving himself stated that his 2 “Of Kings” items really make the build survivable against nemeses. If you don’t have that kind of gear, I’d recommend some blues like Ancestral Ward or the Valiance set (rings/medal/ammy) for health + resists, so that you have a bit more flexibility to get the components you need in other slots. Your Entropic Ring in particular could be replaced with something like Oblitorix that gives lots of health and vitality resistance. Empowered Legplates of Valor are a good choice for some extra physical resistance and other resists, and Harvest Footpads from Homestead give elemental + aether + chaos resists. You’ll be sacrificing some sheet DPS to get these items, but the longer you can take hits the less kiting you’ll do so it balances out.
