I am a bit confused, the first build you have white items (items is more than 50% of the build) and in the second build you have legendaries in all slots.
If you are new to the game, you have no gear at all.
Are you asking what second mastery is best suited for a HC char with Rune of Haggard as main damage spell/skill?
You definitely want more than 8k life, that is one thing for sure
hi the first build i dont have items XD (i dont know what items i need )
but the second I copied from forum so there are items ()and i make some changes in skills
and yes i dont know if second mastery i use arcanist or ocultist

How much have you played?
Sure it is nice to have a ready build in mind to aim for. But just try to do it in your own pace and play with the items that you find.
I like Vindicator and Trickster, pretty easy to get tanky with those but arcanist is nice for that Mirror…
