If I check the transmuter “Covenant of Ch’thon” of Onslaught would the damage from Avalance, the damage from the weapon or the damage of a component applied to the weapong be converted as well?

But basically, all damage that comes out of a normal DAR (i.e. not Cadence) with a 100% X to Y Transmuter is going to come out Y, and for triggered WPS too.
