Hexflame and Aetherbolt (Conversion mechanics)

So, I see these two items:

How do they interact/stack? Does Aetherbolt convert the fire damage granted/converted via Hexflame into Lightning Damage?

You can’t chain conversions or convert already converted damage. I assume equipping both items that you would end up with half of Disintegration’s Vitality damage converted to Fire damage and all of the Fire on Albrecht’s Aether Ray converted to Lightning.
