Hey I know people here dont like me, the devs as well.

War cry it says reduces health, when I use it and hover over the enemy to see the health it doesnt do that. Also it says reduce damage for 5 seconds, seeing that reduces health is not doing that. Would look into reduce damage as well, also if I press it again does it reduce health again every time I press it.

They both work. Mobs have resistances to % reduction in life if I’m not mistaken, which is why it doesn’t deal the full reduction.
